Shipping and Returns
RETURN POLICY
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may send the product back within 30 days of receipt for a refund. You must call or e-mail SKYDEX at 303.790.4003 or info@skydex.com to arrange a returns confirmation number before you ship the item. Items must be returned in the original SKYDEX packaging in unused condition to receive a full refund. Unused items returned in any packaging other than the original SKYDEX packaging will incur a 10% restocking fee, deducted from the refund amount. A refund will be processed within two weeks of SKYDEX receiving the returned item and will be in the amount of the purchase price of the product, less any deductions. The purchaser is responsible for the return shipping costs. You will be notified regarding your refund via e-mail once SKYDEX has received the returned item.
SHIPPING
SKYDEX utilizes UPS as the standard method for shipping. If you would like to discuss other shipping options, please call or e-mail us at 303.790.4003 or info@skydex.com. International Orders cannot be processed online and must be placed directly with customer service, please call or e-mail us at 303.790.4003 or info@skydex.com to place an International order.
Orders received Monday - Friday before 1 pm Mountain Time will be shipped the same day, all other order's will be shipped the following business day. Orders received on holidays will be shipped the next business day.
